Hurricane Harvey: Response & Live Updates

Our thoughts are with the thousands of Americans who are being impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Beginning Aug. 26, 2017, and running through at least Sept. 1, 2017, AT&T will issue credits to AT&T wireless customers in impacted areas for additional data, voice and text charges, and AT&T PREPAID for additional voice and text charges. AT&T’s Network Disaster Recovery Teams will also continue to deploy equipment in places damaged by Hurricane Harvey.

To help those affected by Hurricane Harvey across parts of Louisiana and Texas we encourage you to text ‘HARVEY’ to 90999 to donate $10 to the American Red Cross to help people recover from disasters. To learn more about store closures and to keep up with AT&T’s daily updates, be sure to visit: http://about.att.com/inside_connections_blog/hurricane_harvey.
