Our thoughts are with the thousands of Americans who are being impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Beginning Aug. 26, 2017, and running through at least Sept. 1, 2017, AT&T will issue credits to AT&T wireless customers in impacted areas for additional data, voice and text charges, and AT&T PREPAID for additional voice and text charges. AT&T’s Network Disaster Recovery Teams will also continue to deploy equipment in places damaged by Hurricane Harvey.
